AFS was hired by IAM, a nonprofit organization to develop a design for a 5K SF library and youth center. Our services included building planning, exterior skin design, cost estimation, code review, construction documents and construction observation.
This multifunctional facility will also serve as a center for intercultural exchange and has a variety of spaces; open library & reading room which doubles as a large assembly space, conference rooms, seminar room, print center, community clinic, prayer room and kitchen.
