We were commissioned by this nonprofit to renovate a 45k SF existing three story building. We developed a Youth Center, six classroom additions and a community banquette hall. Full scope of design services were provided including permit drawings and construction observation. 3D renderings and a ten minute animated walkthrough were produced to assist with fundraising efforts which generated close to $300k.
